Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using the digital.tel website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services. We provide business solutions and global connectivity, including but not limited to Travel eSIM, Digital PBX, Virtual Office, and related products.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account and registration
You may need to register an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Use of services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Services to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to interfere with or disrupt the Services or any networks or systems connected to them. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
5. Fees and payment
Fees for paid Services will be as set out at the time of purchase or in your plan. You agree to pay all fees when due. We may change fees on reasonable notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance. Unless otherwise stated, fees are in the currency indicated and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and materials on the Services (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, digital.tel and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless digital.tel and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability and indemnity) will survive termination.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
12. Contact
